Inspiration for Pathways
American Muslim Pathways draws inspiration from UPF's three-part documentary series, "THE GREAT MUSLIM AMERICAN ROAD TRIP." This series features a millennial Muslim American couple, rapper Mona Haydar and her husband Sebastian Robins, traveling 3000 miles across Route 66. They explore Islam’s deep roots in America, making over a dozen stops between Chicago and Los Angeles. The couple engages with authors, entrepreneurs, medical students, performers, and more to weave a colorful story of the centuries-long Muslim experience in the United States.
